为进一步发挥知识产权检察在激励创新创造、维护公平竞争、推动高质量发展等方面的作用，增强全社会尊重和保护知识产权的意识，积极推进知识产权强国建设。在第25个世界知识产权日来临之际，呼伦贝尔市检察院联合市市场监督管理局、市中级人民法院、市公安局等25家单位，在海拉尔伊势丹商业广场开展“知识产权与人工智能”为主题的保护知识产权宣传活动。活动现场，检察人员结合司法办案和本地地理标志产物保护等内容，通过悬挂宣传横幅、发放宣传手册、现场解答法律咨询等多种形式，向商家和人民群众讲解知识产权相关法律法规以及保护知识产权典型案例，从知识产权基本概念、类型，到人工智能领域专利、著作权、商业秘密的保护要点等方面，增强群众尊重和保护知识产权意识，积极引导广大群众增强自我维权意识和能力，运用法律途径切实维护好自身合法利益。此次活动共发放宣传资料200余份，现场解答群众咨询30余次，展示了检察机关加大知识产权保护的坚定决心，弘扬了尊重知识、尊重人才、保护知识产权、激励创新的社会风尚。今后工作中，呼伦贝尔市检察院将继续履职，加强知识产权保护力度，依法维护企业权益，切实在服务、保障、护航上下功夫、抓实效，为呼伦贝尔市知识产权保护贡献更多检察力量。审核 | 闫丽华 张梦帆来源 |市检察院第三检察部编辑 | 马瑶雪
